This means: the return flight to Saudi Arabia, hotel accommodation in Mecca (and often Medina), daily breakfast (sometimes half-board), all local transportation (such as airport transfers and bus between Mecca and Medina), and often the assistance of a local tour guide. We also assist with obtaining the Umrah visa—sometimes the visa fee is already included in the package price, sometimes it is an additional cost. In short, you do not have to arrange much yourself; the main things are covered.

We offer both group trips and individual arrangements, but most packages are group trips. This means you depart with a fixed group of pilgrims, travel together, and usually have guidance. Individual trips (where you travel only with your own group on flexible dates) are also possible, often through customization or specific 'private packages'. This varies by package. Group trips usually have fixed departure and return dates (which you cannot change yourself, as the group travels together). Individual packages or custom trips often offer more flexibility – you can choose your departure date within certain margins. If you see a package on our site with clear dates (e.g., “March 10-18”), then that is a fixed trip. If you see a package where you can select a date in a calendar, then that is a flexible departure date.

Most packages do include a visit to Medina. The classic Umrah trip includes both Mecca and Medina, so you usually stay a few days in Medina to visit the Prophet's Mosque. The travel information specifies how many nights in Mecca and how many in Medina are included. Only in some very short or special packages can Medina be omitted, but this will be clearly stated (for example, 'Mecca only').
